"Who is Resposible for The Identity Theif?"

The responsible of that matter is the holders and the consumers. Because if the consumer ask his/her accounts he/she must contact first to the holders to verify the account and he/she will not be stolen. And also both of them must be responsible of that kind of situation so that they can prevent stolen account.

Should consumers change the behavior because if they will not entrust their account to the stranger the consumer will not lost their money to their account. And before they believe he/she must confirm to the holders that if they are really asking the account of their own. Do not let be fooled by someone that you never entrust.

The punishment for the thief is to have 50 years in jail, rubbery and fooling someone. Also they must post the account of the thief to avoid stealing. And they will stop his/her works in fooling someone.

They can handled by the owner of the site, if the owner will talk to the person who will register in their site so they will recognized immediately, who stilled the account of others and in every site that uses money, they must communicate through contact/chatting or emailing to avoid that kind of problem. Also the4 owner of the site must put their personal mobile number or the company number.

If someone ask your account notify first the holders before you give the account so you are sure that your account was in safe to others.
